Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. However, you have no right to cancel your order of custom products (§ 18 Abs 1 Z 3 FAGG Austria). The cancellation period is limited to 14 days, starting with the day you receive the order.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (DI Anna Hirzinger, Attemsgasse 49/41, 1220 Wien; E-Mail: office@dianni.at) a cancellation request in written form (email or letter). You can (but don't have to) use our cancellation form. To maintain your cancellation right, the cancellation request has to be sent before or on the 14th day of the cancellation period.

After the Cancellation

After you have cancelled your order, we will refund your payments including shipping costs (except additional costs for premium shipping) instantly and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation request. If not otherwise requested, we will user the same payment method that you have used for your order. The refund is free of charge. We have the right to withhold refunds until we have received the products.

Sie haben die Waren unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf dieses Vertrags unterrichten, an uns oder an DI Anna Hirzinger, Attemsgasse 49/41, 1220 Wien .    

You are responsible for returning the products without damages. We may reduce refunds for damaged products.
